Highlights : Size: 1/8" stem Small round molded rubber Plug-N-Patch For auto and truck nail hole punctures Designed with molded-in straight pins Inspection :Inflate tire to 20 pounds, locate puncture and remove puncturing object (if still in tire). Probe damaged area using Camel "Super Grip" Probe No. 15-225 or Probe No. 15-212. Dismount tire and inspect for damage inside. Do not repair cuts longer than 7/16" Cleaning And Buffing:Clean damaged area thoroughly with Camel Liquid Buffer No. 12-092, covering an area 1/4" larger than the plug head. Buff cleaned area thoroughly. Do not gouge the liner of the tire. Remove all buffing dust from the damaged area.Cementing:Apply a thin coat of Universal Cement to the buffed area. Allow cement to dry thoroughly.Plug-N-Patch Preparation:Remove backing from gummed surface of Plug-N-Patch repair and insert stem of unit into the puncture. Pull the Plug-N-Patch through the tire with an even pull until the base of the patch is seated to the inner liner. Beads must be relaxed.Stitching:Complete repair by thoroughly stitching patch head to the casing from center to outer edges. Allow the repair to setup a few minutes before cutting off excess. Mount tire on rim. Tire is now ready to use.
